These are the values that craft who I am as a human and as a design leader. I have a passion for human-centered design, making great products, and coaching others along the path to greatness.

I facilitate collaboration between individuals with varied backgrounds, skills, and personalities to attack product challenges with a clear framework for defining the problem, unlocking creativity, and learning through experimentation.

Storytelling Value

Storytelling

Good storytelling helps us connect with and make sense of new things. It makes us think and feel, and learn and grow. Great designers and leaders are master storytellers.

Tricia Pelz

“Cori is an exceptionally creative thinker and leader. He has a remarkable ability to quickly identify the objectives of any given project and address each with effective, elegant design. He is always eager to hear and incorporate feedback from vested parties. As a result, his projects move forward quickly and produce fantastic results. When I'm paired with Cori on a project, I'm always grateful and confident.”

Wendy Steinle
Sr. Director, Digital Experience Global Marketing

“I worked with Cori for years across many projects spanning internal and external global product and solution launches. Cori was one of the people who made me know we could pull off creative and effective campaigns in the fast pace and crazy timeframes that are the norm in high tech. He always had fresh, cutting edge ideas that helped us cut through the noise to get the results we needed.”

Aaron Walser
Chief Creative Officer

“Cori’s greatest value isn’t something you can glean from a resume or a portfolio. Cori is a leader, pure and simple. He leads by example. He leads with measured grace and strength. He inspires his teams to be better. He has that unquantifiable something special that makes you want to do what he is doing and to be a part of whatever it is he is tackling. He knows when to ask for the opinions and thoughts of others and he knows when it’s time to make a decision and own it.”

Focus Value

Focus

Being present is essential to creativity. Prioritization and focusing deeply on one thing at a time wins over multi-tasking.
